Applied AI Monthly

Your AI, kept working, by the person who built it.

Software that goes live does not stay healthy on its own. Your other programs change, new staff join, odd cases show up. Each month John checks your system, fixes what breaks, adds what the work now needs, and sends you a short report. Month to month. No lock-in.

Month to month.

A direct line.

Still yours.

The first of every month

Your report

min read

Same shape every month, easy to read over coffee.

πŸ“Š

What it did

the work it handled and what it caught

πŸ“œ

What changed

every fix and new feature, written down

🧭

What is next

what to improve, add or drop

What you get each month, handled before you notice.

Checked every business day

Errors and anything odd get spotted early. You hear about a problem from us, not from a customer.

Fixes

When a program you rely on changes and something breaks, it gets fixed. The quiet work that keeps it trustworthy.

New features

Each month includes time for changes: a new step, a new field, a new connection. Small ones land the same week.

Training for new staff

New hires learn the system and your people get a refresher when it changes. Turnover stops being a risk.

Sized to what you run

Three sizes. Agreed in writing.

Priced for a business of about 5 to 50 people, agreed in writing before any work starts.

Solo

One job running

One AI job live. Daily checks, fixes and the monthly report.

Team

The everyday setup

Two or three connected jobs your business runs its day on, plus time each month for changes.

Scale

The whole operation

Several teams or locations and more volume. Everything above, at full width.

The role, without the salary

Your part-time AI lead

Most businesses your size do not need a full-time AI hire. You get the same person every month who knows your systems. We work alongside your IT company and do AI only, never your managed IT.

Olivia only books the time. The person who sizes your plan is the person who looks after your system.

About Applied AI Technology

Applied AI Technology helps businesses of about 5 to 50 people put AI to work on real jobs: setting up Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT and training the team role by role, an AI front desk that answers customers on the website, and the paperwork taken off the desk. When nothing off the shelf fits, we build it: custom apps and connections between the programs a business already uses, like email, calendar and QuickBooks. The person you talk to is the person who builds it. We keep what already works, connect it first, and build only the part that does not exist yet, in fixed-price phases agreed in writing with working software at the end of each one. The client owns the code, the accounts and the data. A person approves anything customer-facing before it goes out, and we work alongside the client's IT company: AI only, never managed IT. Based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, working with businesses across Northeastern Pennsylvania and the United States. Founded and led by John E. Martines. Free companion library: Applied AI Insider (books, guides, and a daily AI brief).
